Anderson Developers LLC was incorporated in 2002 and evolved into Doug Anderson Construction over the years... as clients received personal project management and service from Doug, the name stuck. With more than 17 years of construction and construction management experience, Doug is regularly on site to ensure each project is personally managed. Doug's commitment to quality and a superior work ethic is evident in the large percentage of client's that return again and again, to build their next home or continue to update their current home.

Born and educated in Iowa, Doug began his career in construction before relocating to Florida in 1988. Working for a large tile and stone company, Doug managed multi-million dollar projects and more than 100 employees. Utilizing that experience, Doug Anderson has nurtured Doug Anderson Construction into a succesful new home construction and home remodeling business. With a focus on earning a satisfied customer every time, Doug continues to turn out quality craftsmanship in each renovation and custom home. As both a home builder and remodeler, Doug Anderson is able to bring your vision to reality.

When not at the reins of Doug Anderson Construction, Doug finds time to pursue outside interests and hobbies. He is an FAA Certified Airline Transport Pilot and Flight Instructor. Doug also enjoys coaching his son's flag football team. Along with his wife Lynda and son Jake, the Anderson clan live in College Park and are active members at Trinity Lutheran Church
